Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr, along with Caroline Sharon and Jim, began their career with the band as The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr is an Irish performer, songwriter and actress. She is best known as her lead vocalist in The Celtic-folk, pop rock and Celtic folk group The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of the Corrs, she also serves as the group's leader. Andrea is a singer who began her career acting professionally in the year 1991, later developed as an actor and stage artist. She sang the playback for Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea has six studios albums to her name, along with two compilations albums including four live albums as well as the mix CD. She was also honoured with a grant from the charity. Andrea as well as her partner, a stockbroker, have two children. Andrea started learning to play the piano through playing the Tinny. Gerry taught her how to play piano. Andrea plays the Ukulele. Andrea honed her skills in music during her teenage years. She began by practicing alongside her family members before becoming the lead singer in the group. Andrea attended the 'Dun Lughaidh Convent as a child and frequently was a part of school productions.
